I have a degree in business management, spent 20 years working for a large global company as a mid-level manager and have extensive experience in sales, marketing, billing/finance and contract management. I received my real estate license in 2004, obtained designations of Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) in 2005, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) in March 2006 and e-PRO in May 2006. The Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) is a professional designation and is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. Virginias REALTOR® Institute programs consists of extensive classroom training and testing in areas such as contracts, real estate law, ethics, finance, marketing, etc. and has ranked as one of the countrys top Institute programs. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals and is endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS® . The e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line.
